My motivation is to be here for people and to help them become more successful! The people I care for are: Our employees and our customers. At first, I do not care for our financial bottom line. Instead, I care for the people, who are involved in a project. That means, that I listen to them carefully and only when it is time to speak, I propose a solution. Then, I care for the implementation. Again together with the customer and the employees - from the very beginning to the successful end of the project.
